For this experiment all you need is : - container with water (bowl, plate) - leaves - pens (take the pen apart so you can add the ink to the leaves) This happens because of Marangoni effect, the ink has a lower surface tension than water, lowering the surface tension behind the leaf. As the water still has a large surface tension, it pulls the leaf forward! #scienceexperiment #scienceexperimentsforkids #scienceexperiments #scienceforlittles #stemforkids #stemactivities #toddlerlearning #activitiesfortoddlers #homeschoolpreschool" Experiments To Do With Preschoolers, Floating Leaves Experiment, Leaves Experiment For Kids, Science Experiments For Infants, Leaf Steam Ideas, Water Ideas For Kids, Leaves Activity For Toddlers, Leaf Experiments For Preschool, Easy Activity For Preschoolers
