Our elegant Lobi Vessels are hand constructed from terracotta clay by the Lobi People, a group that lives in the Gaoua and Diebougou regions of Burkina Faso, South West Africa. The vessels feature a raised dot motif with hundreds of hand molded, raised dots, the dots not only are beautiful but their function is to increase the volume of the vessel.
