I used a piece of acetate (clear transparency) and dabbed on Hero Arts neon inks, I then spritzed the acetate with water which diluted the colors somewhat. I 'smooshed' (pretty sure that's an official term - HA) the acetate onto my card stock then proceeded to 'fling' the various colors over the card stock using a small paintbrush. For the TLC555 - use Watercolor Powders. I used various colors of Brushos here. I first stamped the Hero Arts image with Versamark on the smoother side of watercolor paper and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I then sprinkled on two colors at a time, misted with water until I got the texture I wanted and heat set it. I then repeated that adding two more colors and heat set. I heat set in between so I didn't get mud.
