Ingredients: -250g dry macaroni -1/4 cup unsalted butter -2 tbsp all purpose flour -1 cup heavy cream -1 cup milk -1/2 teaspoon mustard powder -1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika -3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded -Salt & pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile, in a large pot or skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add flour. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Add the cream, milk, mustard powder, and smoked paprika to the pot. Whisk until the sauce begins to thicken. 4. Remove from heat and add the shredded cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is velvety. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. 5. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!
