I finally tried the salad and found it very tasty😍 What do you think of it? If you haven't tried the salad yet, definitely do it 😍 By the way, I added a few more vegetables to make the salad fresher 🙏🏻 Ingredients: 500-700g potato triplets (whole tray) some olive oil Salt, pepper, paprika 1/2 fresh cucumber 1/2 pepper 1 red onion some dill or parsley Dressing: approx. 4-5 tbsp yoghurt 2 tbsp mayo 1 tbsp mustard 1/2 lemon juice Salt pepper Preparation: Boil the potatoes, then put them on the tray and mash them. Add some olive oil and spices and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and add the vegetables.
