15min · 3 servings Ingredients Cucumber Prep • 500 grams Cucumbers Chopped "moonshape" • 1/2 tbsp Sea Salt Paste • 2 tbsp Pepper Flakes • 1 tbsp Sugar • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce or Soy Sauce • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil • 1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar • 1/2 tbsp Garlic • 1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds • 50 grams Onions Optional • 1/2 tbsp Pepper Paste Instructions Cucumber Prep • Rinse Cucumbers and chop into bite size "moon-shaped" pieces • Add sea salt and cucumbers to a large bowl • Let sit 5-10 minutes • Drain Paste • Mix Pepper Flakes, Sugar, Fish Sauce or Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Vinegar, and Garlic in a small bowl Final • Add Onions and paste into the Cucumber bowl and mix all together • Enjoy!
