Zutaten: 1 Zucchini, klein gewürfelt 1 rote Paprika, in feine Stücke geschnitten 1 rote Zwiebel, gehackt 4 große braune Champignons, in Scheiben geschnitten 200 ml Milch 300 g Dinkelmehl (Type 630) 5 Eier 1 TL Oregano 1 TL Thymian 3 TL Salz 120 g geriebener Gratin-Käse Anleitung: Backofen vorbereiten: Auf 180 °C (Ober-/Unterhitze) oder 160 °C (Umluft) vorheizen. Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen. Gemüse schneiden: Zucchini, Paprika, Champignons klein schneiden, Zwiebel hacken. Beiseite stellen. Teig zubereiten: Eier mit Milch verquirlen, Mehl einsieben und zu einem glatten Teig rühren. Oregano, Thymian und Salz untermischen. Gemüse & Käse untermischen: Das vorbereitete Gemüse und die Hälfte des Käses unter den Teig heben. Auf dem Blech verteilen: Teig gleichmäßig auf das Backblech gießen u
