The project area is 2,700 sqm. The inspiration for the design comes from a futuristic space capsule. The front desk simulates the brain-computer interface as the main body. The background uses electronic components and streamlined lights that imitate an electrocardiogram. Mirrors on the walls and ceiling make the space transparent and fluid. Chenhao Design Co., Ltd. was awarded Winner in the ICONIC AWARDS: Innovative Architecture.

Design inspiration is from the abstraction of Italian elements such as sculpture and stone. The inversion between sculpture and viewers, allows diners to immerse themselves within this sculpted space. Curved walls give the space a more fluid atmosphere, leading customers inside. The brushstroke-like texture extrudes from the entrance as if from a tube of paint. WAY Studio was awarded Winner in the ICONIC AWARDS: Innovative Architecture.
Stage is the design concept of this cinema. Since the old days, the stage has served as a space for actors or performers and a focal point for the audience. Designers extracted stage lighting as the main element for this project design. Designers used spotlights as a single unit to create unique lighting fixtures on the lobby ceiling. The existing industrial roof structure collides with new building elements at the Bonbon Town event venue. Tasked with transforming a former storage building for granulated sugar with little to no daylight into an event venue with sufficient sunlight, the architects placed a series of curated white structures into the space, functioning as daylight cannons while providing room to fulfil the new program requirements. guò bàn ér was awarded Winner in the ICONIC AWARDS: Innovative Architecture.

Maison 62inc. is a minimal yet functional eyewear studio in Hong Kong. With an open office, staff can move around with mobile devices using cloud computing. Among the old buildings, the rubbed shopfront and display area leave a nostalgic impression. Without much decoration, raw materials are utilized to match the weathering traces of this old district. We finally chose two classic royal gardens as the theme of this design, the Beihai Park and the Imperial Gardens in the Forbidden City, to represent this city. We extracted the images of blue sky and white cloud from the brand name. These two concepts are present throughout the entire space – each independent functional area is combined with various practical purposes to create designs with unique characteristics.
