I re-made this recipe to be gluten, dairy, soy, egg and corn free! 2 C. of (Bob's Redmill) all purpose gluten-free flour, 1 3/4 C. of coconut milk, 1/3 C. grape seed oil, 1 t. of vanilla extract, 3 T. apple cider vinegar (important), 2 T. agave nectar, 1/2 t. of sea salt, 2 T. coconut oil, 1/2 t. baking soda and 1 T. baking powder and 1 C. of (Enjoy Life) DF,GF,SF, EF CHOCOLATE CHIPS!! I use grape seed oil spray to coat the pancake griddle or pan. This is recipe is FANTASTIC!!
