Mexican Restaurant Canned Salsa
This homemade canned salsa recipe tastes just like our favorite Mexican restaurant's. It's simple and easy to do in the food processor and can be mild, medium or spicy hot! Canning low-acid foods is easy with these instructions!
~Salsa Mix (like Ball or Mrs Wages Salsa Mix)~ 1/2 c.crushed dried red pepper 1 T parsley flakes 3 T cilantro flakes 1/2 c onion flakes 2 T dried, minced garlic 2 T canning salt (NOT table salt, your salsa will eventually turn cloudy) 1 T black pepper
