Homemade Pita Chips: separate the pita into two sections by ripping it open, cut into shapes (cookie cutter) or triangles, brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 for 7-8 minutes or until nicely browned. Cool and serve with your favorite dip.
