You dirty up quite a few dishes (two pots/pans, a lasagne or casserole dish, the blender, the cheese grater and a bowl or two) to make this dish, but it's worth it. I suggest covering the top for the first 10 minutes or so. My cheese got a bit too brown. May have been the oven I used, though.
