Make your run fly by with pick-ups! (Inspired by @hungryrunnergrl!) -Example: 8 miles total. -4 miles ~8:30 pace, 4 miles with 14 x 1 minute pick-ups w/ 1 minute recoveries after each. (Pick-up pace ~6:00, recovery pace= 8:00).
