Kasserolle

PUEBLO CORN PIE Here’s a recipe I’ve made many times over the years as a Thanksgiving main dish. It’s one of my family’s favorites, so I brought it forward from Vegetarian Celebrations into Vegan Holiday Kitchen. This layered casserole of cooked cornmeal topping a tasty bean chili is adapted from a Native American recipe.

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn with Bacon

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn with Bacon - Corn, cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, bacon and green onions. YUM! It is super creamy with a hint of smokiness from the bacon. This recipe makes a lot and would be great for a potluck. This is seriously THE BEST corn recipe! I could have made a meal out of this! SO good!
