I made this for my bookclub tonight. I used homemade artichoke dip, and store bought pie crust. Because the pie crust was too stiff I wasn't able to twist the piece before cooking. No problem - I just baked them flat and cut them afterward. Baked at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Yum!

The perfect baked potato. use a spoon or knife beside potato to keep you from cutting all the way through -put in baking dish and fan out slices -sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter, sprinkle with herbs -bake at 425 for about 50 minutes -remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses (whatever you want) -bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese are melted and potatoes are soft inside
