Massive Golfball (red velvet cake) on a double, no bake mascarpone cheesecake covered in dark ganache
Crab Bombs 1# Crabmeat 1 Egg 1 cup Ritz Crackers, crushed 1 t Yellow Mustard 2 T Lemon Juice 2 T Fresh Parsley, chopped 1 t Old Bay Seasoning 1 T Worcestershire Sauce Mix crabmeat, crushed crackers, Old Bay Seasoning & parsley. In separate bowl, whisk egg, mustard, lemon juice & Worcestershire sauce, pour over the crabmeat and gently mix gently. Mold into golfball sized balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake @350 for 30 min. Drizzle w/ melted butter and allow to cool.
