Curried Chicken Pasta Salad I excluded the heavy cream, exchanged raisins for dried cranberries, and added chopped apples. Pasta choice: bow tie. Costco rotisserie chicken (removed skin) was so yummy! Oh, and to "lighten" it up, severed over fresh baby spinach :D
