Finely chop onion, garlic -sauté & add spinach. drain in sieve. Mix with cheese, flour, eggs, salt, nutmeg & pepp. Let rest for 15 minutes. Boil small dumplings -15-20 min. Fry onion in the pan. Add cheese cubes & cream.
