It is a basic posture of Hatha yoga. In this exercise our body pose look like the shape of the Dhanush (bow). So it is called as Dhanurasana in Sanskrit. It helps to reduce belly fat fast. It Strengthens ankles, thighs, groins, chest and abdominal organs and spinal cord. #yoga #Dhanurasana #bowpose
The only element i like about this garment is that it's original. I don't like the style of it as i'm not quite sure what it has been inspired by! Nevertheless, I like the twirling motion of the garment and how it isn't structured.
