Coat Of Arms: County Fermanagh is one of the six counties of Northern Ireland. It is within the historical province of Ulster. The county is mainly rural and is dominated by two connected lakes: Upper and Lower Lough Erne. It covers a land area of 1,700 km² (656 sq; mi) and a total area (including water) of 1,851 km² (715 sq; mi), with a population of about 57,527. The biggest settlement is the county town of Enniskillen, in the middle of the county.
