How to Make White Cheddar Bacon Dip. A quick, delicious dip for any get-together! Combine 8 oz cream cheese, 1 c Vermont white cheddar, 2T chopped green onions and 6 slices chopped cooked bacon. Then grill in a cast iron skillet for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with 1/2 c cheddar jack, 1 T parsley and 2 more slices chopped bacon. Serve hot with grilled pita wedges.
