Prosciutto-wrapped Asparagus. yum! Serve with Balsamic reduction: Combine 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 1/4 teaspoon salt ,1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer until reduced to 1/4 c (≃ 8 min), cool.
Roasted Asparagus. This is a great recipe. To vary it I sometimes add a little Balsamic Vinegar. Also instead of black pepper I like to use Weber's Kickin' Chicken spice which is a blend of peppers and spices. It really adds to the flavor profile. I like the skinny stalks because they are more tender and you don't have to peel them.
