Low carb pizza crust. No flour needed. INGREDIENTS: 2 C. Shredded Mozzarella 1 C. Shredded Cheddar 3 Eggs DIRECTIONS: Combine & spread thinly across a pan. Bake 10 min @ 450. Should be melted & a little crisp on edges. Put in the fridge for 5 min to cool faster (optional). Add toppings (pre-cook anything raw) & broil for 5 min. Cool slightly before cutting/serving.
