What to include in the entryway? • A mirror, at the child’s level • A small mat to mark the area or if your child prefers to sit on the floor to put shoes on a mat or rug is perfect. • Child size stool or chair • Hooks for jackets, coats, bags, umbrella, at the child’s level • Basket for socks, gloves, beanies, hats or just the grab and go items. • A tray or basket to place the shoes. I personally only keep two pairs of shoes for Evelyn to choose from. • What you include in your entryway for your kid will look different for everyone depending where you live, the season. and the weather.
