30min · 6 servings Recipe: • -400g fine bulgur • -2/3 cup (150ml) tomato sauce • -1 1/4 cup (300ml) water • -4 Tbsp tomato paste • -2 Tbsp pepper paste • -1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder • -1 Tsp cumin • -1 1/2 Tsp salt • Heat up the water and tomato sauce. • Mix with the remaining ingredients and let it sit for 20mins. • -1 onion • -2 cloves garlic • -1/2 bunch parsley • Finely chop everything • -2 Tbsp pomegranate syrup • -2 Tbsp olive oil • Add to the bulgur mix and knead really well for 5 mins. • Shape into Çiğ Köfte and serve with lettuce, lemon juice and pomegranate syrup.
